In this chapter, you will be introduced to how to know if the machines under a room and a location run well. You can report the machines’ error to the help desk person. He/she will contact technicians to fix the machines on site.
Click Location -> Room Status on the left navigation menu to access this section. The original page is displayed below.

Click on the room’s name in the column of “Room name” and the machines (washers & dryers) within the room are displayed at the bottom of the page. You can see the status of each machine.

If there is something wrong with the machine, click the “Report Problem” button in red. A pop-up box will appear requiring you to select the machine’s problem and add comments if there are any. Then you need to click the “Report Problem” button to complete this operation.
