Machine View shows the status of machines under each location. It indicates if the machines are functioning as intended.

Click “Machine View” under “Locations” on the navigation menu to access the Machine View page. All the machine status will be listed. If everything is going well, “ALL OK” will be displayed under the Status column; otherwise, it will display Errors, which can be clicked to reveal the details of those errors.

Click the Errors button to see the errors that occurred on a specific machine in a specific room as shown below. You can locate the machine by its Machine Serial number, and get to know the Error Code and Error Description, too. The “NOTREP” shown in this example indicates that the machine is in an error state and the n01 report has not been updated in 72 hours.

As a vendor staff, you can click the “Show All Errors” button to see all errors in all rooms under all locations.

You can also filter the location you desire by Location Name, Site Code and/or Room ID. Click “Search,” then enter the information of your target location, site or a room. Click “Filter,” and the machine status you would like to view will be displayed.

Please note that the Machine View section only provides the status of machines. As a vendor staff, if you would like to report these errors to the help desk, you should navigate to Room Status for detailed instructions on reporting errors. When the person in charge of the help desk receives these errors, he/she will contact technicians to fix the machines on site.
