Vendor Portal - Cluster Management

Prev Next

Different from Branch, which limits the access scope of the Staff, this feature aims to serve end users such as laundry service consumers. When multiple locations are grouped to one Cluster, consumers can see not only the room they are registered to, but also the other rooms within the same Cluster. By eliminating the need for multiple accounts to access multiple locations, user convenience is enhanced and the engagement with our service can be promoted.

Click on “Locations” under the Locations menu and then click on Cluster Management to manage your clusters.

Create Cluster

Click on the Create Cluster button to enter the Create Cluster page. On this page, you will see three parameters: Cluster Name, Comments and Locations.

1) Cluster Name: It is a required field with a limit of less than 40 alpha-numeric characters.

2) Comments: It is an optional field with your notes left for this cluster.

3) Locations: It is a required field for selecting one or more locations to be grouped into this cluster. You can tick the checkbox “Select All” to add all existing locations into this cluster.

Click on the Save button to save your configuration and the created cluster will appear in the cluster list.

One location can only be assigned to one cluster. If a location has already been assigned to another cluster, it will not be available for search or selection when creating a new cluster.

Edit Cluster

You are able to edit an existing cluster in the list. Click on the Edit button and you will enter the Edit Cluster page to view or modify the cluster’s details. You can edit the cluster name, comments, as well as adding/deleting locations into the locations. Click on the Save button after completing your edits.

Delete Cluster

Click on the Delete button in the list of created clusters and the cluster can be deleted from the list.

A message box will pop up to confirm with you, with a line in red font, to warn you that the action cannot be undone. If you click on Yes, the created cluster will be deleted successfully. If you click on No, it will return back to the list page.

Search Cluster

You can enter the key words in the search filter to search for a target cluster. The search results will be presented in the list below.
