Overview
To improve management of staff access scopes, the "Branch" feature allows you to restrict location access for staff by associating specific locations with a Branch. Once these locations are assigned to a Branch, the Branch can then be assigned to the relevant staff members.
In this section, we will introduce the content and functionality of Branch Management. Detailed instructions on how to assign branches to staff can be found in the chapter titled "Creating Staff/User Accounts."
Utilizing this feature provides effective control and oversight of staff access within the system, ensuring that staff members have access only to their designated locations.
Click the tab “Branch Management” in Locations to enter the section.

Create Branch
To create a new branch, follow these steps:
Click the "Create Branch" button as indicated in the screenshot below.

A page will open containing fields related to the branch. Fill in these fields according to your situation.
Once all necessary information is entered, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

For detailed descriptions of each field, please refer to the table below.
Ownership and Assignment of Branch
When a user creates a branch, they automatically become the owner of that branch.
The created branch can be assigned to other staff members by editing the staff profile, provided the user has staff management permissions.
If the user lacks these permissions, staff members with the "All Location" type permission can perform the assignment.
