This document is intended to introduce how to manage the organization, users. 

Branches and Locations 

The branch is the parent level of locations, the branch can be granted to the staff user to control the location visibility scope of each staff user.

Staff User Management 

Only the staff user can access the operation management tools including KioCafe Management System, KC Manager app, kiosk admin mode.

The user will only see kiosk(s) under branch(es) allocated. 

Roles and Permissions 

The function access of the vendor portal (KioCafe Management System) and KC Manager App can be managed by roles and permissions in KioSoft enterprise server platform, if vendor wants to customize the roles and permissions, please contact KioSoft sales.
