1.Configure a Profile in CCM
1) Log into CCM and click on “Profile Builder” menu.
2) Click on Site Data tab. For location ID and Room #, you should enter the ones that you have already created. Remember to click the corresponding payment options. You may refer to table 1-1 for descriptions of the fields.

3) Click on Machine Data > Kisoft > Ultra API in sequence. And click the Advanced Options to display all the fields. You can refer to table 1-2 for descriptions of all the fields.

4) After the parameters are configured, click on the dropdown menu of “Profile” and then select “Save Profile”. You will see two text boxes to be filled in. Custom text is a searchable field for the profile whose description is to make relevant notes.
Note: It is best practice to use a standard naming convention in the custom text field to help you quickly find the correct profile. If multiple users are making profiles, ensure that the naming convention is decided before profiles are saved.
5) Save the profile by clicking on “Save” and a message will be displayed indicating the profile has been saved successfully.
2. Create Ultra Data for Ultra VXT
Note: If you are to use the Ultra readers, you need to additionally create Ultra data.
Click on CleanReader Ultra Data in the navigation. Click “Add” to set up a new CleanReader Ultra Data or input some key words in the search box to select an existing one to edit. You can refer to table 1-3 for the description of all the fields.

3. Connect Ultra VXT to Cash Register
To carry out the connection work, you should get a power supply (PS200003, North America) and the wire harness (as pictured below) ready.

Next you may refer to the connection details illustrated by the step-by-step procedures as below.
Step 1 Plug End A of the Y split cable into cash register. There extends End B and End C. | Step 2 Connect End B to the cable of the electronic scale (if needed). |
Step 3 1) Connect End D (RS-232 cable) with End C (serial Y split cable). 2) Connect End E (RS-232 cable) with cable of power supply. As soon as the power is on, the cash register along with the reader will be energized.
4.Set Up Ultra VXT via KLM
Then you can begin the configuration of Ultra VXT via the latest version of KLM (KioSoft Logistics Manager) on your mobile phone.
1) Open the KLM app on your phone and click “Enter SRC”. | 2) Enter the SRC that you have created. | 3) Sign in with your account. |
