1. After the parameters are configured, click on the dropdown menu of “Profile” and then select “Save Profile”. You will see two text boxes to be filled in. Custom text is a searchable field for the profile whose description is to make relevant notes.

Note: It is best practice to use a standard naming convention in the custom text field to help you quickly find the correct profile. If multiple users are making profiles, ensure that the naming convention is decided before profiles are saved.

1. Save the profile by clicking on “Save” and a message will be displayed indicating the profile has been saved successfully.

1. Open the KLM app on your phone and click “Enter SRC”.

2. Enter the SRC that you have created.

3. Sign in with your account.

4. Click “Setup”.

5. Click “Proceed Setup with”.

6. Click the room you’d like to select under your selected location.

7. Click “Setup New Reader”.

8. Select “Ultra Series”.

9. Select the profile that is created. You can enter several characters to narrow your search.

10. Select the Ultra Data.

11. Enter the Machine number and Machine ID and click NEXT.

12. Click “Scan QR Code” and scan the QR code of Ultra VXT.

13. KLM will send the configuration to Ultra VXT and then display the successful screen as below.

1. At any page, swipe down from the top left corner of the page, then continuously tap the corner at a very fast pace.

   If reader works, it will remind you "Reader Initialization Success".

10. Scale Test (None) means that the scale is disconnected.

      Scale Test (BT) means that the scale is connected via Bluetooth.

      Scale Test (Port) means that the scale is connected via serial port.

11. Click Save to finish the initialization configuration.

1. Tap Key Injection button.

2. Tap Key Cards on terminal for Key Injection.

3. Follow the guidance to tap D62 card on the terminal (Ultra VXT reader), then F62 card.

4. Tap Done to return to the start of Key Injection.

5. Tap Clear Keys, if you want to clear the wrong key and inject new keys again.

6. After clearing keys, you can reinject the keys again.
