Click on Activity Audit Log on the main menu to enter this section. An activity audit log report is a record of events and changes performed by users in the company. All the user activities performed on Vendor Portal such as creating, editing, and deletion of locations, users and commands and so on can be recorded and reviewed in this log.
The activity audit log could be a large report therefore the search filters are designed to narrow the activity audit log report records to specific search results, which saves you time browsing through a large number of results and helps you quickly navigate to the search. You can follow the instructions below to learn about how the search filter functions.
Click the vertical “Filters” bar to unfold it. The search filters include three search ways, i.e., via the start/end Date/Time, via the Activities and via the Keyword. You could use one or the combinations of the search filters to search for the data needed.
The Keyword shall be single and supports all fields listed in the log and the Activities field supports multiple selections.
In the drop-down list of Activities:
‘Manual Power Cycle’ refers to the power-cycling actions performed via Remote Command in Room View.
‘Auto Power Cycle’ is generated by RPCM’s automatic power cycling. When RPCM detects an unresponsive reader, it will attempt to bring the reader back to working condition by automatic power cycling.
‘RPCM Auto Power Cycle Modem’ is a log generated by the RPCM’s automatic power cycle to its paired modem when a network error related to RPCM Wi-Fi signal strength, modem cellular signal strength, KioSoft Edge Box, or general network connection is detected.
After selecting the time range or activities, you need to click the “Apply” button in blue to run the search.
Then activities fitting the search criteria will be displayed in the report area. You can review its date, action maker, activity details, etc.
You could also click the “Reset” button to delete the selected dates, activities, or keywords.
