The announcements section is used to create\edit\delete the announcement on the mobile app. The announcement set here only shows once when the app user logs in to their account for the first time, as shown below.

Click Announcements in the navigation menu to access this section.

As shown in the picture below, there are three major parts for this section: Create Announcement, Filter Announcement, and Records.

Create Announcement

1) Click the “Create Announcement” button in blue on the Announcements page.

2) Select Locations, enter the title and body of the announcement, set the expiry date and click the “Create Announcement” button.

You can select single or multiple location(s) or all locations. If you want to set the announcement to forever, please leave the “Expiry Date” field blank.

Filter Announcement

You can navigate to the middle part of the Announcements page to use the filtering function.

1) Click the drop-down menu under “Search Type.” There are 2 options: “Select Locations” and “Title.”

2) After determining the option to use for the filtering function, the corresponding field will be unfolded. Take “Select Locations” as an example. A “Location” field will appear. You need to click the drop-down list under “Location,” and select a specific location.

If you choose “Title,” you should input the title name you’d search under the “Title” field.

3) Click the “Filter” button in blue to perform the filtering function. The records that you filtered will be displayed.

Records Details

All records of announcements are displayed on the lower part of the Announcements page.

  • Select the records to be displayed per page via the field “Records Per Page.” There are three options: 30/50/100.

  • “Last Edit Time” indicates the recent time when you edited the announcement.

  • “Title” is the title of the announcement that you set during its creation.

  • “Status” shows whether the announcement is enabled, disabled, or expired.

    Click the “Enabled” button in green and it will be changed to “Disabled” in red, and vice versa.

    If your announcement is expired, the status here will be “Expired.”

  • Click the “View” button under “Created for” to view the location for which your announcement is created.

  • Click Edit or Delete button under the “Action” column to edit the content of the announcement or delete the announcement.
