This feature applies to Amusement market only.

Prize Redemption Report as its name suggests displays the records of redeeming prizes on the Prize Station Machine.

You can click the Filter bar located on the left side of the screen to unfold it, define the time range, Location Name or Transaction Status of the transactions you’d like to view then click Apply.

All the three fields are mandatory. If any of them are not configured, clicking Apply will display “Please select Filters to show data” on the right side.

For the filter Location Name, you can use the smart search bar to look for the desired location(s) by entering the keyword of the location. The Select All and Clear button can also be used to facilitate the search.

To make the filter changes effective, you need to click the Apply button each time you revise the filter

The redemption records fitting the search criteria will display in the right side.

  • In the column of Payment Info, the specific payment methods including account number or card number or both are displayed.

  • In Reversal column, you may see three types of reversal results. “Successful”, “Failed” and “-”, among which “-” means it’s a successful transaction so no reversal is needed.

The scrollbar at the bottom can be used to view all information in the report.

You can export current searching result to an Excel file.

  • If you click the Export Data directly, then all records retrieved by the filters will be exported.

  • If the checkbox at the upper-left corner is ticked, all records on the current page will be selected so the records on the current page will be exported.

  • If specific records are individually selected (one or more), only the selected records will be exported.

The Reset button can be used to clear the defined filters and restore the default time range.
