Click Reports and find Report Server in the sub-menu. Click it to enter the Report Server.

In Report Server, you can view various types of reports generated by your business and services provided, which includes SUT Reports, Room Error Reports, Signal Reports, Charts, Errors and Warnings, Kiosk Status, Statistical Reports, RSS Settings, Maintenance, Machine statistics and Reload Report. For a convenient usage, we provide a filter bar depending on the report type to facilitate your search. Each Report will be introduced in the following articles; you may refer to corresponding content as needed.

SUT Reports
Click on SUT Reports to view Set Up Test (SUT) related data. On the homepage of this section, you will see three tabs, namely, Daily SUT Report, WB Started SUT Report, and KLM Started SUT Report. See the below bullet points for descriptions of the three categories. You can click on the tab to toggle among the SUT Reports to view the data needed.
Daily SUT Report are the reports uploaded by terminals for their daily automated SUT.
WB Started SUT Report are generated by SUTs manually started in the Washboard system.
KLM Started SUT Report are uploaded by KLM app for doing SUTs.
In addition to the toggle menu listed on the top of the page, you can use a combination of the filters in the search bar to facilitate your search. Click the Search button in blue after the filter(s) is settled and the related data will be displayed in the list under the search bar.

Room Error Reports
Click on Room Error Reports to enter this section to view room-related errors, including Room 100% Down Error, Cellular Signal Strength Error, Packet-loss Rate Error, WiFi Signal Strength Error, and Low Usage Error and Machine With 48 hours No Usage. The error descriptions are provided right after the error name in the list.
You can use the search bar to define the date and click the Filter button in blue to start the search. In addition, you can also use the Export to Excel button to export the search results into an Excel file and save it to your local storage.
The search results filtered by date are the errors reported from 12:00 of the filter date to 12:00 the next day.

Signal Reports
Click on Signal Reports to view the terminal signal related data. On the homepage of this section, you will see two tabs, namely, Cellular Signal and Packet-loss Rate Report, and WiFi Signal Report. You can click on the tab to toggle among the Reports to view the data needed.
In addition to the toggle menu listed on the top of the page, you can use the filters in the search bar to facilitate your search. Click the Filter button in blue after the filter(s) is settled and the related report graph will be displayed in the list under the search bar.
You will see a red line displayed in each report, which is a reference line for you to verify the signal quality. In Cellular Signal Report, values above the reference line can be viewed as well functioning. In Packet-loss Rate Report and WiFi Signal Report, values below the reference line are preferable.

Charts
Click on the Charts to enter this section to view the following charts, including Errors and Warnings for the past 24 hours, Revenue Graph for the past 24 hours, Active & Inactive Terminals for the past 24 hours, Active Terminal Trends for the past year, and Revenue Chart for the past month and year.
Peripheral in the Errors and Warnings graph include errors like empty dispenser, dispenser error, printer malfunction, cash acceptor error, and so on.
Reversal in the Errors and Warnings graph is related to credit card transactions, including errors cause by batch full, common error, and declined transactions.
Low paper errors are caused due to low-level paper of the receipt printer.
