The Navigation section provides users with access to the real-time terminal performance tracking, revenue, usage monitoring, and diagnostic data analysis reports, etc.

  1. Dashboard

Once you log in to RSS, you can have a quick look at the status of the terminals and the revenue performance through the Dashboard.

  1. Active vs. Inactive Terminals (Past 24 hours)

The pie chart offers a clear and direct view of a comparison between the active terminals and the inactive terminals for the past 24 hours based on the selected group(s), which will assist you in locating the inactive terminals and quickly making business strategies from the perspective of terminal performance.

  1. Cash Warning/Zero Revenue

  2. Total Revenue (Past Month)

The Total Revenue connects the revenue amount of each day for the past month with a straight line to show trends and changes in the revenue.

You can hover your mouse over the dot to check the amount and date/time of the day in a pop-up.

  1. Total Revenue (Past Year)

This line chart showcases the trajectory of the monthly revenue amount of the past year, which can help you with the business strategies and capture the grouped location performance in a fast manner.

  1. Realtime Active Terminals

This list will display the terminals that have been detected and monitored in the last 24 hours, starting from the moment you click on the Realtime Active Terminals on the navigation menu. The terminal will connect to the server once every 24 hours. You are able to search for a specific group, a client, or a terminal by entering the keywords in the search box. The list will display the column including MLID, Date Time, Address, etc.

  1. Active Terminals

This table lists the terminals that have been detected in the last 24 hours based on the cutoff time. You are able to search for a specific group, a client, or a terminal in the search box as well. The information will be shown in columns, including MLID, Date Time, Address, etc.

  1. Inactive Terminal

This table lists the terminals that have not been detected in the last 24 hours based on the cutoff time. You are able to search for a specific group, a client, or a terminal by entering the keywords in the search box. The information will be displayed in columns such as MLID, Date Time, Address, etc.

  1. New Active Terminals

This table collects the information of terminals that were not uploaded on the active report yesterday but have been registered today. You are able to search for a specific group, a client, or a terminal by entering the keywords in the search box. The information will be displayed in columns such as MLID, Date Time, Address, etc.

  1. Zero Revenue Terminals (Air)

The Zero Revenue Terminals (Air) displays the airpump terminals that have not performed any business ($0 in revenue) for the last 24 hours. The information will be shown in columns, including MLID, DateTime, Address, etc., and Total Revenue, which is always shown as $0.

  1. Zero Revenue Terminals (Vac)

The Zero Revenue Terminals (Vac) displays the vacuum terminals that have not performed any business ($0 in revenue) for the last 24 hours. You are able to search for a specific group, a client, or a terminal by typing the keywords in the search box. The information will be shown in columns such as MLID, DateTime, Address, etc. The amount of Total Revenue is always shown as $0.

  1. Card Usage Report

This table provides the transaction information of the bank cards and the total card usage. The fields include Site ID, MLID, Date/Time, Authorization #, Store ID (shown as TID), Response, Machine Status, Amount, etc.

The date range accepts a maximum of 120 days.

  1. Cash Usage Report

The Card Usage Report presents the coin transactions and the total cash usage. The coin is separated into "loonies" and "quarters". The fields include Site ID, MLID, Date/Time,  Coin-L Count (Loonie), Cash-R Count (Quarter),  Machine Status, Total Cash, etc.

  1. Commission Report

This report enables the members of the accounting team to process payee payouts based on the defined Date (Monthly/Date Range) and the Commission Usage Tab (Machine Type/Province/Branches). The account members can select the date range, machine type, province, or branches, and search for the matched records by clicking on the “Get Report” button. The report will provide the details of the payee payouts, including the information relating to payee, store, address, province, etc., which can assist the accounting team in quickly locating and handling the payouts without the anxieties of scattered data.

"Other Usage Report” is not applicable at the current phase.

  1. Usage Statistics Report

The Usage Statistics Report provides the detailed transaction information and a total transaction count for terminals based on the search criteria (standard search/specific search). After defining a time range, selecting the criteria, and clicking on the “Get Report” button, you will be able to check the report showing the details of the usage, including AirServ information, location, store, address, payee ID, and name, etc.

  1. Revenue Totals Report

The Revenue Totals Report keeps track of the total amount from various available payment methods. The total records for the past month will be displayed by default. You can redefine the time range and select specific group(s) to check the report as well. You are able to check the amounts of total revenue, total cash, and total card usage at the top of the table. The specific revenue details can be found in the table below, such as the cash count, total cash, total card, and total revenue based on siteID and MLID within the selected time range.

  1. Diagnostic Data

The table collects the diagnostic data each time the terminal is powered on or receives the remote commands from the server. You can quickly capture the running state of the terminals by referring to the error code table below, so as to take action to fix the error.

30 days of data will be displayed the first time the report is loaded.

  1. Get Remote Diagnostic Data

The Get Remote Diagnostic Data allows you to retrieve terminal information or remotely start the airpump machine through the terminal IP address obtained by MLID. The machine cycle duration is editable. The fields include terminals S/N, Air Relay Voltage, Air Current, Coin Balance, Card Trans Total, Price, Cycle Duration, Last Coin Pick Up Time, Last Terminal Run Time, etc.

  1. Dispatch Start

The Dispatch Start works the same with the "Remote Diagnostic Data". The machine-free cycle duration is fixed at 240 seconds.
