Click on Errors/Warnings then a drop-down list containing Peripheral Errors, Low Card Warning, Low Paper Warning and Coin/Cash Alert will be shown. You can go to the corresponding section by clicking on the item.

Peripheral Errors
Click on Peripheral Errors on the Navigation Menu to view the Peripheral Error related data. Typical Peripheral Errors include empty dispenser, dispenser error, printer malfunction, cash acceptor error, and so on. At the top of the page a search bar containing different filters are displayed. You can define the filters as needed and click the Filter button in blue to start the search. The search results will be displayed in the report list area in detailed information. You can also use the Export to Excel button to export the search result to your local storage in the form of an Excel file.

Low Card Warning
Click on Low Card Warning on the Navigation Menu to view the Low Card related data. At the top of the page a search bar containing different filters are displayed. You can define the filters as needed and click the Filter button in blue to start the search. The searching results will be displayed in the report list area in detailed information. You can also use the Export to Excel button to export the search result to your local storage in the form of an Excel file.
When a value is defined in the field of Cards Left, then only values of Current Count no greater than the defined will be displayed in the result lists.

Low Paper Warning
Click on Low Paper Warning on the Navigation Menu to view data on low-level paper of the receipt printer. At the top of the page a search bar containing different filters are displayed. You can define the filters as needed and click the Filter button in blue to start the search. The search results will be displayed in the report list area in detailed information. You can also use the Export to Excel button to export the search result to your local storage in the form of an Excel file.
When a value is defined in the field of Paper Left, then only values of no greater than the defined will be displayed in the result lists.

Coin / Cash Alert
Click on Coin/Cash Alert on the Navigation Menu to view coin or cash related errors. At the top of the page a search bar containing different filters are displayed. You can define the filters as needed and click the Filter button in blue to start the search. The search results will be displayed in the report list area in detailed information. You can also use the Export to Excel button to export the search result to your local storage in the form of an Excel file.
In addition to the filters, the value of Threshold set in RSS Settings section also defines the search results. When the quantity of coins accumulated in the coin box exceeds the Threshold defined, the record will be displayed as a reminder to collect the cash.
