Overview
Condensation can appear under the tablet’s screen when the kiosk is placed in direct sunlight or in an unsuitable environment. This guide explains how to prevent the issue and how to clear the moisture if it has already formed.

Why This Happens
Exposure to sunlight or heat can cause moisture to build up inside the screen, leading to visible condensation.
Recommended Operating Conditions
To prevent this issue, make sure the kiosk is installed in an appropriate environment:
Dust and water resistance: Front panel rated IP65
Ambient humidity: Below 80% (non-condensing)
Operating temperature: -10°C to 60°C
Keeping the kiosk within these conditions helps avoid moisture buildup.
How to Clear the Condensation
Go to the back of the kiosk screen.
Remove the two plates—one located at the top and one at the bottom.
Once these plates are removed, airflow will improve, and the condensation will naturally dissipate.

Important Reminder
Those two plates are safety features. They are designed to block access through the front openings if the screen is ever damaged, preventing tampering or theft from the bill acceptor.
After the condensation has cleared, reinstall both plates in their original positions
