This instruction outlines the steps to resolve a specific connectivity issue encountered on the VXT when using cloud cards. This issue arises when the network cable connecting the modem to the exchanger is disconnected or loosened.

Issue

When the network cable connecting the modem to the exchanger is unplugged or inadvertently disturbed, tapping a cloud card on the VXT results in a "Card Balance Get Failed" message.

Solution

1) Check the Connection: Ensure that the network cable connecting the modem to the exchanger is securely connected.

2) Wait for Reconnection: Allow some time for the connection to be re-established.

3) Verify Wi-Fi Icon: Once the scrolling bar at the bottom of the VXT displays the Wi-Fi icon, it indicates that VXT is reconnected to the network.

4) Retry Cloud Card: Tap the cloud card again on the VXT. The normal interface should now appear, indicating card balance.

By following these steps, you can effectively resolve the connectivity issue and ensure the VXT functions properly with the cloud card.
