In this section, you can view information on active and inactive kiosks respectively. Click on the Kiosk Status on the Navigation Menu, then a drop-down list containing Active Terminals and Inactive Terminals will be displayed. Click the corresponding item to view detailed information.

The kiosks that have a usage record in the past 24 hours are deemed as Active Terminals and the vice versa for Inactive Terminals.

Active Terminals

Click on Active Terminals in the drop-down list of Kiosk Status to enter this section. At the top, you can see a search bar containing several filters. You can define the filters as needed, then click the Filter button in blue. The search results fitting the search criteria will be listed in the result list below.

PK Version in the result list means the package version of the reader installed on the kiosk, which comprises of Package Version Number (string) / App version (string) / Private IP (string).

Inactive Terminals

Click on Inactive Terminals in the drop-down list of Kiosk Status to enter this section. At the top, you can see a search bar containing several filters. You can define the filters as needed, then click the Filter button in blue. The search results fitting the search criteria will be listed in the result list below. The report headings (if any) are the same as that of the Active Terminals.
