1) Adjust the spiral end direction to a proper position that the spiral can hold the product tight.
For example, for ice cream bars shown in the pictures below, adjust the direction of the spiral end to 6/5/7 o’clock position.

2) Use the special tray bracket for cones.
3) The bottom of the cone should not poke out of the edge of the tray.
There should be at least 10 mm space between the top of the product and the roof. The products should not be too tight to pack the whole space. This is to leave enough space for ventilation and avoiding stuck.
