1)Wipe the water condensed at the surface of the tray and cabinet wall before you close the door. This is to prevent the water from dropping onto the ice-cream, causing the products iced together by the ice solidified form the water.

2)Take out all the products and power off the machine. Let the machine idle for 4 hours to melt the ice. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the water. Do this maintenance every month.

3)The elevator shall be movable, check when loading products to see whether or not it is frozen.

4)Do not put anything too heavy on it just in case the weighing sensor gets damaged. Do not push the elevator up and down very hard.

5)Ensure the menu settings are correct. Set the elevator to move up and down every 60 minutes when the machine is idle and no purchases is made.
6)Prior to loading products, inspect the machine for frost buildup and if there is, clean it promptly. Verify that the air ventilation fan is functioning properly.
7)Pay special attention to cleaning the weighing sensor and the elevator system to maintain proper functionality and prevent potential errors.
