3.1. Installation
3.1.1. Installation Requirements
1) Installation Site
The machine should be installed in the place which is cool, dry, flat, without direct sunlight and water. The space in front of the vending machine and on the side of the door pivot must be large to allow the door to open for easy operation. The distance between the machine back and the wall should be greater than 30cm for good ventilation.
2) Machine Placement
The machine must be placed stably during installation, otherwise the T-Lock will not be locked or the door will not be opened or the machine will tilt for a long time, resulting in body deformation and internal mechanism damages. After laying machine on the level ground, screw the four universal wheels tightly to fix the machine.
Note: The maximum allowable tilt angle of the machine is 15 degrees during installation and handling.
To fix the machine, screw rightwards the red gadget on the universal wheels until the rubber gasket goes down to the ground, then the wheels are fixed and so is the machine.
To move the machine, screw leftwards the red gadget until the rubber gasket goes up and away from the ground, then the wheels can rotate and the machine can be moved accordingly.
3.1.2. Installation Precautions
1) The power line must bear a socket, and it must be a single-phase three-wire socket with good grounding placed in the machine for separate use, so as to avoid high heat triggering fire caused by sharing the same socket with other electrical appliances.
2) Keep the plug clean and safely inserted. Dust accumulation or loose insertion of the plug is easy to cause fire.
3) There should be a reliable grounding wire, which cannot be connected with neutral line, heating pipe, gas pipe, etc.
4) Hold the plug with hands and do not drag it casually when inserting and pulling the plug.
5) Please carefully check whether there is breakage before using. Do not squeeze or stretch to avoid damage. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by professional maintenance technicians.

4) Modem Power Cable
Select the wire with proper power connector and connect it to the modem power port.

After all the wiring work, organize the cables properly.
3.2. Daily Maintenance
It is necessary to carry out regular maintenance for good operation, long life span and less repairment, whose frequency is related with surrounding environment.
Maintenance details:
1. Keep the exterior surface clean and wipe with wet cloth at least once a day. (No rinsing with spray water)
2. Internal cleaning should be at least twice a week.
3. Please clean the electrical parts with dry rags or soft brush at least once a week. (Be sure to do with power cut off.)

Daily maintenance of tempered glass windows
When dirty, the toughened glass plate of the outer door should be wiped with a soft cloth stained with cleaning liquid, which shouldn’t be strong diluent, such as acetone and alcohol. And hard cloth or brush should also be avoided.
Daily maintenance of pick-up port
It should be maintained and cleaned regularly due to damage or dust accumulation caused by frequent use and exposure to the external environment.
Daily maintenance of slots
When pulling the tray, be sure to care force balance, or it cannot be pulled out or pushed in smoothly. When pushing the drawer, also pay attention to the height of the goods in slots, for if too high, the goods may topple and the sale process can’t proceed. The tray must be pushed in place so that the slots and the machine can be connected through the male and female terminals to ensure power supply of slots.
Daily maintenance of refund unit
Regularly add appropriate amount of grease to the transmission part to reduce friction and ensure the flexible operation of currency return.
Daily maintenance of buttons
1) Clean the buttons regularly, keeping the buttons clean and responsive.
2) Regularly check whether the buttons are damaged and unworkable due to violent operation.
3) Don’t use strong diluent, like acetone and alcohol, to prevent buttons from aging.
Daily maintenance of elevator
Check the elevator regularly to see if it is level. If there is any tilting, please adjust it in time to ensure that the goods slide smoothly into the elevator.
When adjusting the level of lifting elevator, first loosen the fixing screw, then adjust the adjusting screw and nut, and then tighten the fixing screw after adjusting the level of lifting elevator.
Note: For more details of how to adjust the level of lifting elevator, please refer to the remote control setup part in Section 4.1.1.
