1.1. Pre-Setup
Before setting up Soap Station Prime, be sure to remove all protective packaging and restraints. To do this you will need to retrieve keys. See below for instructions.

1) Keys will be zip tied to power cord located in power cover in the back of machine. | 2) Once keys are retrieved. Open door to access columns and shelves. Remove the green tape strips. |

3) Unscrew plastic shelf holders on both sides of each shelf. | 4) Remove restraining straps and get the spare accessories bag from the elevator area. |
After unpacking, please follow the instructions below to ensure the normal functioning of Soap Station Prime machine during daily operation.
1.2. Initial Position Adjustment for Spiral
Before the machine works, each drive should be run once by the [TEST] button to ensure the correct initial position of the motor. Then check whether the position of the spiral end meets the following requirements:
a. When 48mm width of goods < spiral inner diameter, the spiral end should be adjusted to the lowest position slightly left at the bottom of the tray (position ① as shown in Figure 1);
b. When width of goods ≥ spiral inner diameter, the spiral end should be adjusted to the position ① in Figure 1 and then rotate clockwise 1/8 turns (position ② as shown in Figure 1);
c. When width of goods ≤ 48mm, the spiral end should be adjusted to the position ① in Figure 1 and then rotate 1/8 turns counterclockwise (position ③ as shown in Figure 1).
If not on the right position, the adjustment method is as follows:
1) Remove the driver from the slots;
2) Pull out the spiral chuck and rotate it at a certain angle (as shown in Figure 2) until the end is on the position shown in Figure 1.
3) Put the driver back in place, and ensure that the spiral and its chuck should be well matched.

1.3. Initial Position Adjustment for Push Plate
For push-plate slots, the push plates should be moved to the back end of the slot, allowing enough room for replenishment.
1) Press the gadget at top behind plate and push it backward at the same time. | 2) Push all of the plates at the back end of each slot. |

1.4. Replenishment
When loading, pull the drawer out and put it down gently. The drawer will automatically tilt downward and stop at a preset position, which is convenient for loading (as shown in Figure 4 to 7).

After filling, gently lift the drawer to horizontal position before pushing it in place.
After replenishment, please confirm that the price shown on the tag of each tray is consistent with the actual price.
1.4.1. Loading Steps
1) Lift the drawer gently and pull it out.
2) Place neatly the goods to be sold, not too loose, tight, high or low.
3) Lift the drawer and push it into place to keep the items in order.
Note:
a) It is recommended to fill the slots each time. If not, be sure to start from the front end of the spiral.
b) The goods should be placed in belt and push plate slots as vertically as possible, not tilted.
c) For the sake of safety, do not stand on the vending machine for loading.
d) Do not take out or rotate the spiral if not necessary. Keep it on the initial position.

1.4.2. Price Tag Installation
To change the price tag, lift and pull out the tray (see Figure 4 to 7 aforementioned), then uncover the card bar with a blade and draw out the bar from the groove. Then the price and slot # can be changed by sticking new tags on the bar.

Note:
1) There is no card groove on trays of push-plate slots, with stickers simply on the tray shelf.
2) The ends of card bar are fixed with glue, so a blade is needed to separate the bar from groove.
