Cameo

Cleaning tasks:

1. Run a milk cleaning cycle by Cameo machine button.

2. Clean coffee outlet.

3. Wash the grid and inside of drip tray.

Post cleaning, please ensure:

1. Milk tube in container and end touches the container bottom.

2. Cameo screen quits cleaning mode, shows menu.

3. Milk fridge is clean.

4. Milk fridge door is closed.

Daily

Powder Dispenser

Cleaning tasks:

1. Clean each powder dispenser spout.

2. Clean each powder tray.

3. Clean each powder cable connection.

4. Clean the drip tray.

Post cleaning, please ensure:

1. All parts are installed back.

2. Each powder dispenser spout is downwards.

Daily check:

1. Check each powder mixing bowl to ensure no clogging.

Daily

Syrup Dispenser

Cleaning tasks:

1. Run a tube cleaning cycle for all tubes with hot water (1.5L, 95°C)

2. Clean the spout

3. Clean the drip tray

Post cleaning, please ensure:

1. All tubes are put into each bottle as previous sequence

2. Each tube nozzle contacts the base of the bottle.

3. Each tube is refilled.

4. Wipe out any dropped or trace of syrup immediately.

Daily

Ice Maker

Cleaning tasks:

1. Clean the spout

2. Clean the drip tray

Space Cleaning

Check and clean if any dirt found

1. Claw of Z-Arm

2. Black lid-pressing circle of Z-Arm

3. Table

4. 2 retrieval doors

5. Front window (inside, outside)

6. Order touchscreen

7. Pickup touchscreen

9. Floor in below box

10. Surface of the kiosk

Powder Dispenser

Cleaning tasks：

1. Repeat rinse cycle on each of the powder dispensers for 4-5 times

Post cleaning, please ensure:

1. The dispensers are dry.

2. Powder dispenser door is closed.

Weekly

Cameo

Cleaning task：

1. Take out the Cameo bean hoppers and clean the space underneath regularly with a soft brush and a vacuum.

Post cleaning, please ensure:

1. Don't miss to open the lever back in the end!

Biweekly

Milk Fridge Cleaning

Cleaning tasks:

1. Monitor ice build-up status weekly.

2. Conduct defrost every 2 weeks if need.

Please pay attention:

1. Shut down the fridge when doing defrosting.

Powder Dispenser

Cleaning task:

1. Empty and clean powder containers regularly every 3 months at least. This helps to keep same flavor quality.

Post cleaning, please ensure:

1. The containers are dry before adding powder.
