Milk Storage

  1. Consider the milk expiry date becomes shorter than usual, once it opens. This is because the air exposure through the gap at milk tubes, even in a fridge.

Powder Dispenser

  1. Empty and clean powder containers regularly every 3 months at least. This helps to keep same flavor quality.

  2. Check 3 mixing bowls of powder dispenser daily to see if there is no clogging.

Syrup Dispenser

  1. Wipe out any dropped or trace of syrup immediately when do clean & refill of syrup dispenser (SM6). It will collect more dust or bugs if stays somewhere inside.

  2. Refill cold cup one piece by piece. Few cold cups sometimes already sticks each other too much which can cause cup jamming.

  3. When replace a syrup bottle to a new one not in cleaning process, don't forget to refill the tube again with new syrup and dispense enough amount like 3~4s to be sure there is no air gap left inside the tube.

  4. If using a different brand or flavor, the flow sensor on its channel may need calibration to detect it properly. If not, it might cause constant failures even though everything looks fine.

  5. If any of consumable container size changed (milk or syrup), update consumable container map accordingly.

  6. Please consult with our techs when need to change syrups.

Cameo

  1. Check and clean drip trays of Cameo (daily), powder dispenser(daily), syrup font(daily), and ice maker(weekly) regularly.

  2. Check there is no frost ice build-up in the small fridge at the fan and its around. Do defrosting if need.

  3. Keep the bean level always higher than 50% in its hopper and run ETC regularly every month. It helps Cameo(coffee machine) to brew same quality of Espresso always.

  4. Take out the Cameo bean hoppers and clean the space underneath regularly with a soft brush and a vacuum. (Don't miss to open the lever back in the end!)

KC Manager (KCM) App

  1. Check & compare consumable status between the real level and the KCM qty (likely in the early morning)

  2. If the real level is higher, it's fine. Just KCM will alert you earlier.

  3. If the KCM qty is higher, please adjust. This might cause an order failure using that consumable.

  4. Don't forget to update consumable values in KCM after restocking. Marking measurement on the bottle/jug would help you much when using custom container of your own.

  5. The difference may occur because the kiosk always subtracts the set qty from the recipe in the web portal, while the actual used qty varies by circumstances.

Web Vendor Portal

  1. Don't forget to push the update to the kiosk when you change anything in Kiosk profile on web portal.
