Assembly Steps
Remove the three screws marked by red circles.
Install the antenna of wireless router.
3.1 Remove the two nuts marked by red circles.
3.2 Insert SIM card into the SIM1 slot of InHand IR302 and fix InHand IR302 with two FS500014.
3.3 Install the two screws removed in step3.1.
3.4 Wiring of InHand IR302:
①WH500049: The green head cable is output cable.
②WH500044 must connect to LAN2.
③The GSM of antenna should connect to MAIN or Cellular1.
Install the three screws removed in step1.
Note: The WiFi connector of antenna needs no connection.
4. Remove the two screws marked by red circles.
5. Install Ultra VX with two FS500148, insert network cable and communication cable, and install the two screws removed in step4.
Note: The cables should not be higher than the sheet metal part marked by the red arrow.
6. Install the rotating fixing plate module with five FS500185.
Note: Let the latch be at top.
7. Install the Cameo fixing plate module with one FS500184.
8. Install step6 to the hinges of step7 with four FS500008.
Note: Do not let the latch tongue spring out before installation.
9. Insert wrench into hinges at the end with its torsional force can be adjusted, and tighten the hinges clolckwise, letting the CameoPay can be lifted up or put down with the hinges as its pivot and allowing it to hover at any angle in between.
10. Fasten three cables, WH500051, WH500045, and WH5B0403 to the red arrow marked nut with a cable tie.
11.1 Install five cable managers, pass WH5B0403 through cable these managers.
Same operation as step11.1.
11.2 Insert WH5B0403 into the round interface at Cameo bottom and tighten the round ring at red arrow marked position.
Note: Please insert before aligning with the red box marked position.
12. ① Pass WH500051 through cable protective cover. ② Insert into the network interface of Cameo. ③ Fix with six cable ties.
13. The power plan for CameoPay has two options: plan① is more complicated in operation but have one cable WH500078 less than plan②, the outlook would also be more neat.
Plan①: Use the original interface at the right side of Cameo top: Power on Cameo first, get the cable sequence and voltage of this interface with a multimeter, if the cable sequence and voltage are the same ones as shown in pictures above, you can use this interface (The four pictures above are for plan①).
Plan②: Use external 100-240VAC power socket: First, insert WH500078 into WH500045. Second, insert WH500078 into the external 100-240VAC power socket (If you choose this plan, please skip step14 and do step15 directly).
14. Power off Cameo, let WH500045 pass through the cable protective ring, insert it into the interface of plan① in step13, and fasten it with one cable tie.
15. Press to let the lock tongue of latch spring out. The CameoPay now can not be lifted up anymore, power on Cameo and contact KioSoft to install the software for ordering.
