This document introduces the cleaning schedule and the cleaning procedures of each module in Series 3.5E.

1. Check In

Option A:

Scan the QR code from the KC Manager App → Select “≡” (Menu) → Select “My QR Code” → Scan the QR code to log in to the kiosk backend → Enable kiosk maintenance mode.

Option B:

Log in to the AP backend with a username and password, click “Maintenance”→ “Maintenance Mode” → “Confirm”.

2. Cameo: Milk Cleaning (Daily)

2.1 Find “Cleaning” on Eversys Cameo
- Option A: Press & hold the “Rinse” button for 3s → select “Yes”

- Option B: Press “≡” (Menu) button on the Touchscreen Top → Press “Clean” → “Confirm” [when close to cleaning period]
- Option C: Press “Clean” [when reaching the cleaning period (24hrs ± 5)]

2.2 Start “Milk Cleaning” on Eversys Cameo
- 2.2.1 Leave the milk tube ends inside the milk container and press 'Continue'

- 2.2.2 Fill the cleaning container with 25ml of Everclean (Screen says 'cleaning tablet' under F/W v4.20)

- 2.2.3 Place a container under the coffee outlet → select “Continue” (Caution: hot water!)
- 2.2.4 Fill the container ~40% with hot water
- 2.2.5 In the fridge, remove the tubes from the milk and insert them into the container → select “Continue”
- 2.2.6 Remove the milk frames from the fridge (store temporarily in the storage fridge)
- 2.2.7 Run Cameo self-cleaning: ~10 min Coffee only / ~18 min w/ milk cleaning

- 2.2.8 Post Milk Cleaning (Daily, after milk cleaning)

a. Remove the tubes from the container

b. Wipe the tubes down with a damp cloth thoroughly

c. Put the tubes back into the milk bags (ensure that they reach the bottom)

d. Close the fridge

Note: To check the cleaning history, a password is necessary.

3. Cameo: Outlet Cleaning (Daily)

3.1 Switch off the machine at the main switch.

3.2 Slightly tilt the coffee outlet (1) and gently pull (2) to remove it.

3.3 Clean with soft soap; use a nylon tube brush to clean the holes (3).

3.4 Gently reassemble in the reverse order.

4. Cameo: Drip Tray Cleaning (Daily)

4.1 Switch off the machine at the main switch.

4.2 Slightly push the drip tray grid (2) (to unlock) and remove it (3).

4.3 Wash the grid and the inside of the drip tray (1) with soft soap and rinse.

4.4 When replacing the grid, make it lie nice and flat.

Post-Cleaning Check

After finishing the whole cleaning procedure of 2-4, please check the following 5 points:

Check the metal screens at the end of the milk tube for logging.
The milk tube in the container and the end touch the container's bottom.
Cameo screen ends cleaning, and it shows the menu after the cleaning.
The milk fridge is clean.
The milk fridge door is closed.

5. Powder Cleaning (Daily)

5.1 Check each powder tray to ensure no clogging. Clean if needed.
5.2 Repeat rinse cycle on each powder dispenser for 2-3 times.

The steps for running a rinse cycle on each of the powder dispensers:

After logging in, AP shows Admin/ Backend menus
Select 'Powder API'
Remove the grill from the drip tray & wash separately
Select 'Cleaning' button in Powder API

5.3 Monitor water flow from the spouts. Clean if clogging.

5.4 If the flow is not good, check & clean the following items:

powder mixers
connection pipes
powder dispenser spouts

5.5 Repeat rinse cycle for 2-3 times.

5.6 Clean the drip tray.

Remove drip tray & clean.

Replace the drip tray & grill to the original place.

Post-Cleaning Check

After finishing the cleaning procedure of the powder dispenser, please check the following 3 points:

All parts of the powder dispenser are installed in their original positions.
Each powder hopper outlet is downwards.
The door of the powder dispenser is closed.

7. Syrup Cleaning (Daily)

7.1 Prepare 2 pcs of 2L water tanks, one is filled with 1.5L, 95°C hot water

7.2 Push back all remaining syrup in the hoses

Method 1:

1) Enter the AP backend by scanning the QR code generated by the KCM app at the kiosk scanner (or enter with the username and password).

2) Click “Syrup API” -> “Clean All”. After clicking the button, the screen of the syrup dispenser will enable the cleaning interface, press “OK” to empty the syrup hoses (let the residual syrup in the hoses flow back to the syrup bottle).

Method 2:

Instead of sending commands from the AP backend, operate directly on the control panel of the syrup dispenser by clicking the “Clean” button.

7.3 Open the door of the syrup dispenser.

7.4 Pull out all of the syrup hoses and place them into the container with 1.5L of hot water. Put another container under the syrup nozzle that dispenses the syrup.

7.5 Flush all hoses with hot water.

7.6 Remove the water tanks and put the hoses into each bottle as in the previous sequence.

7.7 Refill each syrup hose until there is syrup coming out from the nozzle.

7.8 Wipe clean the drip tray.

7.8 Clean the syrup nozzle with a small brush to ensure it is clog-free.

Post-Cleaning Check

After finishing the cleaning procedure of the syrup dispenser, please check the following 4 points:

All hoses are put into each bottle in the previous sequence.
Each hose nozzle contacts the base of the bottle.
Each hose is refilled.
Wipe out any dropped or traces of syrup immediately.

8. Ice Maker Cleaning (Daily)

8.1 Clean the spout.

8.2 Clean the drip tray.

9. Cup Trash Bin Cleaning (Daily)

9.1 Dispose of waste liquid and cups.

9.2 Clean the bin.

9.3 Replace with a new bag.

Post-Cleaning Check (Daily)

After finishing the cleaning procedure of the cup trash bin, please check the following 1 point:

Return the bin to the original place.

10. Coffee Ground Bin Cleaning (Daily)

10.1 Slide the coffee ground bin out of the shelf.

10.2 Dispose of coffee cakes.

10.3 Replace with a new bag.

Post-Cleaning Check

After finishing the cleaning procedure of the cup trash bin, please check the following 1 point:

Return the ground bin to the original place.

11. Space Cleaning (Daily)

11.1 Check and clean if any dirt is found in the following parts:

Claw of Z-Arm
Black lid-pressing circle of Z-Arm
Table
Two retrieval doors
Front window (inside, outside)
Order touchscreen
Pickup touchscreen
Components in the lower area in kiosk
Floor in the lower area in kiosk
Surface of the kiosk

12. Milk Fridge Cleaning (Biweekly)

12.1 Monitor ice build-up status weekly.

12.2 Conduct defrost every 2 weeks if needed.

Please pay attention:
Shut down the fridge when defrosting.

13. Cameo: Bean Hopper Cleaning (Monthly)

13.1 Take out the Cameo bean hoppers and clean the space underneath regularly with a soft brush and a vacuum.

13.2 Clean the ground drawer guide under the Cameo.

After finishing the cleaning procedure of the Cameo bean hopper, please check the following 1 point:

Open the hopper lever back in the end.

14. Powder: Powder Hopper Cleaning (Monthly)

14.1 Empty and clean powder hopper.

After finishing the cleaning procedure of the powder hopper, please check the following 1 point:

The hoppers are dry before adding powder.

15. Check Out

15.1 Check out of "Maintenance Mode".
- 15.1.1 Select the Brand logo multiple times on the "Maintenance Mode" screen.
- 15.1.2 Login page pops up (No need to log in here unless you need access to admin menus).
- 15.1.3 Select “Back”.

16. Test After Cleaning

After finishing daily cleaning and maintenance, we can test 2-3 “comprehensive “ drinks to ensure the modules work fine together. Below are the suggested products:

“iced vanilla latte” / “hot americano“ / “hot chocolate“ .
