Sales Order List
Since version 1.6.0, the “Sales Order List” feature has been added to the main interface. The employee can check the payment status of the sales order, initiate the later payment, and edit the order.
1. Select Sales Order List in the Main Interface. | 2. You can filter the sales order by searching sale order, work order, first name, last name, email, and phone number. |
3. If the sales order includes a service order and the sales order has the unpaid amount, there will be a “Pay” button at the end of the sales order record. If the full amount of the sales order has been paid, there will be no “Pay” button. | 4. Tapping the “Pay” button at the end of one order, the employee can initiate the payment window to help the customer proceed with the payment fast. |
5. If the sales order includes a service order and the work order task is not finished and picked up, it can always be edited. Tap the “Edit” button, the screen will shift to the Shopping Cart page. | 6. The employee can click the “Pay Now” button to initiate the payment immediately or edit the order like adding more products. |
7. If additional washing liquid needs to be added during the washing process, the employee can add more products to the order as below. After clicking the “Done” button, the newly added product will be displayed in the order details on the left of the screen. | 8. After adding more products to the sales order, if the customer wants to pay later, please click the “Save” button at the bottom left corner and select “OK” to confirm the modification, then the screen will turn to the “Sales Order List” page. |
9. After adding more products to the sales order, if the customer wants to pay immediately, please click the “Pay Now” button to initiate the payment. After the payment is completed, the screen will turn to the “Sales Order List” page. | 10. Return to the Sales Order List and find the record, check the updated “Total Amount” and “Unpaid Amount”. And the “Pay” button will be removed if the full amount of the order has been paid. |
11. Click the blue characters under the “Sale Order” column, the payment history can be viewed. | 12. Click the “Print” button at the end of the payment record, the payment details will be printed out. |
