  1. Work Order

Four items in this function will be introduced, including Work Order Board, Work Order Task, Work Order Task Group and Sales Order.

    1. Work Order Board

View Work Order Tasks

  1. This is the Board View of Work Order Board. You can filter the Board view by selecting location from a drop-down list.

  1. In the Work Order Board view, the tasks of the selected operator are from Work Order Tasks Module. All the Pending tasks will be shown in the first column, and all the completed tasks will be shown in the last column.

Note: Various colors for the head of the work order card represents different meanings.

     Blue indicates that the work order status is normal.

      Yellow indicates that the work order status is about to expire.

      Red indicates that the work order status is expired.

      Grey indicates that the work order has been finished.

  1. Click the button circled in red, the view will be changed to List View.

  1. Move your mouse to the icon and then select to View Details or Cancel the Work Order.

  1. Check the details info of the work order.

Edit Work Order Tasks

  1. Click   button and the dialog box of editing work order task info will pop up for you to change task info.

  1. Click 带右箭头的圆圈 button to move the work order backword to the last task.

  1. Click the Fold button to move to the next task to be performed.

  1. Click the Edit button to edit "Due" field, while other fields can only be viewed.

5. If you click on “Complete” to complete a work order and there pops up a warning prompting “Please ensure the sales order is paid in full prior to proceeding.”, which means there are unpaid amounts for this order. You may assist customers in paying up the amounts on Cash Register before fully completing the work order.

6. Click button to edit the number of last days during which the complete work orders can be viewed.

7. Move your mouse to the icon at the bottom right of the work order board, click the checkbox ahead of each work order task to display it or cancel it.

  1. Enter Work Order Tasks Page.

  1. Click Add button to add new work order task.

  1. Input the required info and then click Save.

  • “Machine” field is to select the machine to operate the work order task, whose data come from Universal Server.

  • “Driver’s task” field is to define whether a driver is needed for the task to pick up and distribute clothes. If it is enabled, you should set the origin location.

On the origin location list, “Location” and “Customer” are fixed options. “Location” means the shop’s address set up in location configuration. “Customer” means the customer’s address set up in customer configuration.

The other options come from the module “Account and Setup > Address Book”, as is shown below:

  1. The newly added info will be displayed in the Work Order Task List and you can View Details, Edit or Delete them.

The newly added work order task also will be displayed to the Work Order Board View.

  • Work Order Task Group

  1. Enter Work Order Task Group page.

  1. Click Add to add new task group.

  1. Input required info and then click Save.

  1. The newly added task group will be presented in the list. You can Delte it or Edit it in this page.

  1. If you select to edit the existing task group, you can drag the work order task in the left column to the right column, or click x button to delet the existing task.

  • Sales Order

  1. Enter the Sales Order page and all the sales orders will be listed as below.

  1. You can click the slider icon “ ” to unfold two actions (Edit & View Details). When you click “Edit” button, you are able to check basic info of the work order and modify the customer info.

1) For Work Order Info section, you can further click on “” to open Work Order Detail page where you can check details related to the work order such as basic/customer/product info etc.

2) For Transaction Record section, you can click on “” to open a dialogue window named Transaction Payment List. You can check the payment history herein where payment method, payment card number, payment amount or time of the transaction record are provided.

Sales Order Edit

  1. If you click on “View details” for a sales order and you will be redirected to a new page where you can check more details about a sales order (basic info, customer info, work order info and transaction record etc.)

You can still click on “” in Work Order Info list or Transaction Record list to get more details about each work order (work order detail) and transaction record (payment history details).

The payment history details will sync up with the payment history transaction records when users tap the sales order number in Sales Order on Cash Register.
