Cash Collection via KLM
VC kiosks support the function of cash collection using the tool app KLM. Admin users can perform Collect All and Bag Collection using KLM when the kiosk displays an idle screen.
If cash collection using KLM fails after the machine number is changed in the CCM Profile and updated to the tablet, users can try to turn off the Bluetooth for a few seconds and re-open it to perform cash collection again.

Cash Collection Using QR Code
The most common method to collect cash is scanning QR Code (VC tablet serial number) by KLM.

Collect All
If “Bag Collection” is disabled in “KLM -> Settings”, the cash collection options will be “Collect All” “Scan Machine QR Code” and “Enter Machine Number”.
4) Click “Collect All” marked in the red box to carry out cash collection of all the terminals in the selected room. | 5) During the process, the real time progress of collection will be displayed on the screen as marked in the yellow box. | 6) When the collection is completed successfully, a green check mark and the details of the collected amount will appear on the screen. |
Bag Collection
If “Bag Collection” is enabled in “KLM -> Settings”, the cash collection options are “Bag Collection” “Scan Machine QR Code” and “Enter Machine Number”.
