Create New Account for Users

Function:

Steps:

  1. Click on “Administration” and find “System User” in the drop-down list.

  2. Click on “System User” to enter the set-up page for system users.

  1. Click on “New System User” and fill in the user information including user name, login name, user name, role name and password

Note: “User Name” would display as login account’s identifier, at the right top corner of VMS after account login. “Login Name” is the name that would be used for VMS login.

“Password” is default as 123456 when creating a new account.

Note: The role name is selectable from the drop-down list. Role name can’t be changed in the user information edit page, so you should choose it carefully.

  1. Click “Submit” and the user you created will show in the system users list
