Function:
Preconfiguring the country, system organization and system role for users’ accounts
Preconfiguring machine type, model, and currency for user setup
Note: Only the admin role has permission to set these configurations below.
1. Add Country
Enter the username/email address and password to log in to the administrator/technician account.


2. Set System Organization
Navigate to Administration->System Organization, click “New Organization”. Fill in the information and click “Submit” to save the setting.

Note: You can click the “See Hierarchy” button to view the hierarchy level and subordinate organization quantity.

3. Set System Role
Navigate to Administration->System Role, you can define the superior role name by click “Add” button. And click “Add” to create new role name under the selected superior name.


Click “Edit” to add role name under the selected superior name.
Click “Permission” to define the menu permissions for this role.

4. Set Machine Type
Navigate to Administration-> Settings-> Machine Type, click “Add” to create new machine type. Enter the machine type name and click “Submit” to save the setting.


5. Set Machine Model
Navigate to Administration-> Setting-> Machine Model, click “Add” to add new machine model. You can refer to the table below for instructions.

6. Set Currency
Navigate to Administration->Settings->Currency, click “Add” to create new currency type. Enter the currency code, name and symbol and click “Submit” to save the setting.
