1 | The anti-theft lock detected not in position | Check if the anti-theft lock is good, if it is well connected and the cables are good, also check if it is in position. |
2 | The door switch is detected not in position | Check if the door is utterly closed, check if the switch is well connected and if the switch is good. |
3 | Elevator motor over current | Check if the elevator can run normally. |
4 | Elevator is not reaching the bottom after maximum steps | Check if the minor switch at the bottom is good and if it is well connected. |
5 | The largest tray number detected is larger than the tray number that the product is loaded. | Check if the cables on the slot driver board are well correctly connected. |
6 | Back to starting point timeout | Check if there is friction between the weighing module and the shell, check if the elevator is stuck. |
7 | Timeout while working normally | Check if there is friction between the weighing module and the shell, check if the elevator is stuck. |
8 | Timeout while going down normally. | Check if there is friction between the weighing module and the shell, check if the elevator is stuck. |
9 | The lock switch is not detected in position when the opening the door | Check if the pick-up door lock is at its position |
10 | Drop sensor timeout | Check if the elevator is working normally. |
30 | Going up for a certain distance and the original point switch is not open. | Check if the elevator motor connection is good, check if there is power output, if the elevator goes up, check if the original point switch is good. |
31 | Anti-theft board running timeout | Check if the anti-theft board is good. |
32 | Anti-theft board over current | Check if the anti-theft board is good. |
33 | There is no current at the anti-theft board | Check if the anti-theft board motor is well connected. |
34 | No product detected in the pick-up door | Check if the product there is transparent and check if the depth is smaller than 30 mm. |
35 | There is a product in the pick-up door before the machine gives the product. | Check if there is a product in the pick-up door, and check if the pick-up door drop sensor is good. |
36 | Product gets stuck at the slot opening | Check if there is a product stuck, check if the drop sensor is blocked after the elevator arriving at the tray, adjust the tray height or the drop sensor. |
37 | Elevator motor open circuit | Check if the elevator motor is well connected, or replace the elevator motor. |
40 | Slot driver board error | Check the slot driver board errors. |
41 | FLASH erasing error | Check if there are foreign matters on the electrical parts, replace the flash. |
42 | FLASH writing error | Check if there are foreign matters on the electrical parts, replace the flash. |
43 | Incorrect demand | Check if there is an antenna close to the communication cable or the electric board. |
44 | Verification error | Check if there is an antenna close to the communication cable or the electric board. |
45 | Door not closed | Check if the door is closed, check if the door switch is well connected and the cables are good. |
64 | Invalid motor | Check if the slot motor is well connected. |
80 | Rotating timeout | If there is a product, check if the product sizes are good, if yes, adjust the drop sensor attenuation. |
255 | Driver board not responding to demands | Check if the connection between the slot driver board and the elevator driver board is good. |
