Please follow the steps below to reset the Reader.

1) Tap “<” icon back to the service list and select “Factory Reset”.

2) Press on the button bordered in blue “Scan QR Code” and operate accordingly.

3) There is a prompt of successful command sending. And if failed, click the green words “Try Again” to repeat the operation.
