For “Use Multi-Tool”, we can add multi-tool, change firmware, and reset all.
Add Multi-Tool
Please follow the steps below to add multi-tool.
1) For “Use Multi-Tool”, click the “Add Multi-Tool” in the menu bar at the bottom if the Multi-Tool you need is not added. | 2) A prompt will pop up and click “OK”. Then scan the QR Code on the Multi-Tool Box. | 3) Choose one network to Multi Downloading and click “OK”. |

4) Confirm the Download readers to be used in later upgrading. You can tick one or more or all Download readers in this step. | 5) Click the “Start Download” button in blue. | |

|
6) A prompt will pop up guiding you to proceed with the following steps. Click “OK”. | 7) Scan the QR Code on Reader. | 8) Scan the QR Code on Download Reader. |

9) You can see the “In progress” words in green and “Completed” words in blue showing the status of this downloading process. | ||

Change Firmware
Please follow the steps below to change firmware.
1) Click “Change Firmware” in the menu bar and select the Firmware Type to download to Multi-Tool as needed and click “OK” on the pop-up interface. | 2) Enter TMS Reference Number to download the firmware. | 3) Select the updating modes: Update all readers or Update a single reader. |

4) If you select to update all readers, after scanning, all readers of in the Multi-Tool will be displayed as below. You can tick or untick specific Download Reader(s). Click “OK” to proceed the process. | 5) Click "Start Download" then scan the QR code in turn according the reminder to finish the firmware update. | INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK |

Reset All
Please follow the steps below to reset all.
