Feature Deployment Instructions: Atrium Magstripe Support

The Ultra LX has been updated to support Atrium Magstripe as a campus payment solution. To enable this feature, please pay attention to the following configurations when deploying the product. This manual covers Atrium Magstripe support specifically; refer to the product’s user manual for additional information.

Scope and Limitations

  • Country: the USA

  • Restrictions: For deployment in the USA only.

Define Settings - Atrium Credentials

To support Atrium Magstripe as a campus solution, you need to ensure the Atrium Credentials have been well defined.

You can access it via the path: Vendor Portal => Settings => General Settings => Atrium Credentials section.

Create Location & Room

When creating or editing a location, set Atrium as the supported campus solution.

  1. Navigate to: Locations => Locations => Create/Edit Location => Campus Solution

  2. In the “Supported Campus Solution” drop-down, select “Atrium.”

  3. For the “Atrium Card” radio buttons, select “Enable.”

  4. After enabling, four key fields will appear:

  • LEAf Read Key

  • Google Wallet Read Key

  • Apple Wallet Privacy Key

  • Apple Wallet Credential Key

     Set each key to sixteen 1s (1111111111111111), as shown in the referenced image.

Create CCM Profile

When creating or editing the CCM profile for the product, enable “Atrium Credentials” in the Payment Options/Method.

You can access the settings via CCM => Profile Builder. Depending on the profile type, this option may appear under Site Data or under the “Payment Types and Methods” tab for Universal profiles, as shown below.

TRANS TYPE NOT SUPPORT  

The transaction type is not supported.

Check whether Atrium is enabled as the campus solution on Washboard => Location.

ACCOUNT NOT FOUND

The user account cannot be found.

Check with Atrium whether the card is linked to the account.

BALANCE NOT ENOUGH

The balance is not enough.

Refill the account.

E002 DEDUCT MONEY ERROR

It fails to deduct money.

Check the third-party response log.

E007 NETWORK ERROR

Network Error

Check the internet connection.

E008 CJSON PARSE FAILED

JSON parsing failed.

Check the server response data.

E012 REVERSE FAILED

The reversal failed.

Check the internet connection.

E010 GET KEY FAILED

It failed to get the random key.

Check the internet connection.
