Atrium is a payment system designed for campus. This document will provide you with instructions for configuring Atrium on server, covering TID verification and location configuration.
TID Verification
Operators must register the TIDs (fixed-length codes formatted as UVID+SRC+ROOM#+MACHINE_NUMBER, e.g., 80000nick016001020) in the Atrium server — failure to synchronize these IDs will block transactions.
The total TID count must exactly match the physical reader quantity.
Campus Solution Configuration in Locations
In Locations→ Edit Location, when you click on the tab “Campus Solution,” the “Supported Campus Solution” field will be shown. Click the drop-down list and select “Atrium”.
Enable the “Atrium Account” and the corresponding fields will be displayed. You can refer to tables below to see the detailed description and hover over the help bubbles of the fields to view the description.

Atrium Merchant Key | Alpha-numeric | Defines campus-specific Atrium API Key used for Merchant verification. Merchant key can be obtained from Atrium or campus. This is a required field and it allows a maximum of 50 characters. |
Atrium Account | Radio button choice | Defines whether to enable Atrium wallet in the app. |
Atrium SSO URL | Alpha-Numeric | It is displayed when “Atrium Account” is enabled. It refers to campus-specific URL used for mobile app SSO login or Atrium card linking. Contact campus to get SSO URL. The fields allows a maximum of 200 characters. |
Atrium Account Alias | Alpha-Numeric | It is displayed when you enable the Atrium Account. You could customize the account name that will be displayed in the app. |
Campus ID Attribute Name | Alpha-Numeric | It is displayed when you enable the Atrium Account. You could rename the Campus ID with this field. Campus ID is essential for consumers to get while they login to the campus environment and send requests to Atrium for linking the Atrium Card. |
Atrium Card | Radio button choice | Defines whether to allow the payment option to use Atrium cards. You can disable this option. |
KioSoft Account | Radio button choice | Defines whether to display the payment account of CleanPay in the app. |
KioSoft Account Alias | Alpha-Numeric | You could customize the account name which will be displayed in the app wallet. |
Click “Save” button to save the settings.
