Users can access the Atrium SSO URL that the vendor has configured under location level to be able to log in with their campus account credential to log in to the CleanPay Mobile App or link their Atrium campus card to their KioSoft account.
Atrium SSO Login
Please follow the steps below to login to your atrium account:
Open the APP and click “SSO Atrium” to log in to the account.
| Input your Username, and click Next.

Input your password and click Sign in.
| Then a verification code will be sent to your email. Fill in the verification code received in the email and tap the “Sign in” button.

Select the application Kiosoft.
| Then you will be logged in to your account and be directed to the homepage.

If you don’t have a campus account, after selecting the application, you will be directed to the sign up page to create an account first. Enter your phone number and click Submit to link your email and phone, and create an account.

Link Atrium Campus Card to KioSoft Account
Please follow the steps below to link your Atrium campus card to the KioSoft account.
Fill in your email and password. Then tap the “Sign in” button to log in to your account.
| Tap the image icon at the top-right corner in the homepage, and select “Account.”

Click “Add Campus Card” at the bottom of the account page.
| Enter your username and click “Next.”
|

|
Input your password and click Sign in.
| Then a verification code will be sent to your email. Fill in the verification code received in the email and tap the “Sign in” button.

Select the application Kiosoft.
| Then you’ll be directed to your account page. And a pop-up window will prompt “Campus Card Added.” Tap OK.

And your campus card will be linked to your account.
| On the homepage, click “Your CleanPay Account Balance,” then you can check your account balance and switch your account.

Note: If the KioSoft Account is disabled, and the Atrium Account is enabled in the location. The homepage of the APP may be a little bit different. Please follow the steps below:
Fill in your email and password. Then tap the “Sign in” button to log in to your account.
| Click “Add New Account” on the homepage.

Click “Add Campus Card” at the bottom.
| Enter your username and click “Next.”
|

Input your password andshelly click Sign in.
| Then a verification code will be sent to your email. Fill in the verification code received in the email, and tap the “Sign in” button.

Select the application Kiosoft.
| Then you’ll be directed to your account page. And a pop-up window will prompt “Campus Card Added.” Tap OK to bind your campus card.

After successfully binding the campus card, the Campus Card will be shown on the account page, and the Atrium Account balance will also be displayed on the homepage.
