KioCentral's interface has been redesigned while retaining the internal frame design. The update only applies to the design. This document introduces key updates to the KioCentral UI and provides guidance for adapting to the new navigation structure.
Navigation Bar Design Updated
1) The location of the navigation bar is moved from the right side to the left side and the tabs of each functionality are reorganized with a more streamlined design.
2) A Collapse Menu option is added to the navigation bar. By clicking the Collapse Menu option, users can minimize/expand the navigation bar to have a fuller screen view.
When the navigation bar is collapsed, the tabs of each functionality are still available. Users can directly click on the tabs for navigation.
For example, if you are in the customers page and need to initiate a refund, you can simply click on the refund tab, and it will automatically expand.
Reports Section Updated
All the reporting functionalities have been centralized to the Reports section, covering basic reports, detailed reports and report server. Users can click each tab to open up the sub-menu.
CCM System Integration
The CCM system has been embedded within the main interface. Users can complete entire processes—profile creation, configuration, and management—within the current view, eliminating cross-platform steps.
Value Code System Integration
The Value Code system has been embedded within the main interface. Users can enter the Purchase Log, Activity Log and Settings within the current view, eliminating cross-platform steps.
