Elevate Card now supports the Dexter C series. The deployment of this new feature follows the general deployment procedure outlined in General Deployment Process. Since this series is a new machine type, new CCM profiles specific to these models have been provided. Please refer to the content below for more information.

Create CCM Profile
You can create the CCM profile for your machine in the KioCentral system by navigating to Washboard => CCM => Profile Builder. Then, click on Machine Data => Dexter => C Series in sequence. The machine models will unfold, allowing you to select the specific one. Once selected, you'll see all the fields that need to be configured for the machine.
Although there are different machine models, the fields to be configured can be categorized into two types: Washer and Dryer. Please refer to the corresponding section for a description of the fields, depending on whether your machine is a washer or dryer.

After selecting the specific washer model, you'll see the fields that need to be configured. When configuring the fields, clicking the input box will display the tooltip information for that field. Or you can refer to the table below for descriptions of these fields.
Before you begin, please note the following points:
The fields marked in the red box collectively constitute the total cycle time for a Normal Cycle.
The cycle time for the Super Cycle includes the fields in the blue boxes, in addition to those in the red box. Therefore, after enabling Super Wash, remember to define the extra fields to extend the total cycle time accordingly.

Dexter C Series - Single Dryer
The dryer machines fall into two types: Single Dryer (T20, T30, T50, T80 and T120) and Stack Dryer (T20 Stack Dryer, T30 Stack Dryer and T50 Stack Dryer).
Once you've chosen the specific model of the single dryers, the fields requiring configuration will be displayed. When configuring the fields, clicking the input box will display the tooltip information for that field. Alternatively, you can consult the table below for descriptions of these fields.

Dexter C Series - Stack Dryer
When you select one of the stack dryer machine model (T20/30/50 Stack Dryer), you can refer to the descriptions about the fields configured for the single dryers (please refer to the table above).
Please make sure that both the value for Vending Price and Topoff Price are the same, and the value for Cycle Time and Topoff Time are the same.
If the values entered in Vending Price and Topoff Price are not the same, the reader will automatically use the value for Vending Price for the machine.
For example, if you input “25” for Vending Price and enter “20” for Topoff Price, the reader will set “25” for both Vending Price and Topoff Price for the machine.
If the values entered in Cycle Time and Topoff Time are not the same, the reader will automatically take the value for Cycle Time for the machine.
For example, if you enter “9” for Cycle Time and “10” for Topoff Time, the reader will set “9” for both the Cycle Time and Topoff Time.
