2. Check e-Ticket balance on Server
Each time the game says how many e-tickets you won, the Gameboard will count them and send them to the reader, and the reader will send them to the server.
You can check the e-ticket balance by logging in to Scoreboard Vendor Portal -> Customers, filter the customer data by searching the Game Card number, and check the balance on “Tickets.”
3. Use e-Tickets for Redemption
Each time you win e-tickets, the e-tickets will be added to your game card account.
For example, if you have 100 tickets, and you win another 550 tickets on other games, the total amount in your game card should be 650 tickets.
When your tickets are accumulated to a certain amount, you can redeem prizes at the prize station. If you want a teddy bear that costs 500 tickets, and you choose to get it, you will have 150 tickets left on your game card account.
Please note that the ticket balance in your game card account is different from the value balance that is used to start a game.
