Prize Trade-In
This feature allows employees to help customers do prize trade-in transactions with their winnings or bank e-Tickets to exchange for higher-value prizes. Both trade-in prizes and redeem prizes are from the Prize Product List of Backoffice, and their inventory will be changed as transactions.
Prize Trade-In
Tap the “Prize Trade-In” button on the main interface.
| Add “Trade-In Prize” first, then add “Redeem Prize”; otherwise, a reminder will appear requiring you to add “Trade-In Prize” first. Note: If the selected number of redemption prizes exceeds the inventory, a negative inventory warning will be prompted.

No need to bind a customer, you can click “Redeem” button to proceed the trade-in transaction.
| If the transaction is successful, the reminder below will appear, and you can click the “Done” button to continue serving the next trade-in customer.

After the transaction is completed, the receipt will be printed automatically.
| If the e-Tickets are insufficient to redeem a higher value prize, the reminder below will pop up. You can click “OK” button, and then help customer bank e-Tickets or cancel the trade-in transaction.

If a customer wants to cancel the transaction, click “Clear All” button to remove all the items in “Trade-In Prize” and “Redeem Prize”.

Bank e-Tickets
Banking e-Tickets are required to bind a customer. You can tap the customer cloud card or click “Search Customer” button to bind the customer.
| If you forget to bind the customer when you are going to banking e-Tickets for customer, the following warning will pop up.

After binding customer, click “Bank e-Ticket” button.
| Click “Confirm” button to finish the e-Tickets banking or click “Cancel” button to return the last step.
The details including e-Tickets value after banking will be displayed below. |

If the e-Ticketing banking is successful, you can click “Done” button to return to the homepage of Prize Trade-In.
Otherwise, when the time counts down to zero, the system will automatically return to the homepage of Prize Trade-In. |

After the e-Tickets banking is completed, the receipt will be printed automatically.
