Prize Redemption
Please follow the steps below to perform prize redemption so customers can redeem their e-Tickets for merchandise.
1. Select Prize Redemption function in the main menu. | 2. Select one of the shopping carts to Check In. |
3. Tap customer Cloud Card to enter the customer information which will be shown in the left side of the page. | 4. If it is a member customer, tap Search Customer button to find the member account. |
5. Search by customer’s name, email address, phone number or Cloud Card number. | 6. Add prizes that customer wishes to redeem. |
7. Search the prizes by product name, Keyword or SKU, or scanning the product UPC. Otherwise, the prize list for all prizes could be displayed by clicking Search button without inputting any product information. | 8. Add products to the prize redemption list by clicking “+” or “–“ button. If the selected number of prizes exceeds the inventory number, a negative inventory warning will prompt before going through the prize redemption. |
9. If customer balance is not enough to redeem the prizes, there will be a pop-up to warn the insufficient customer balance. | 10. Check the prize list and click redeem button. |
11. If the redemption is successful, a message will pop up to remind you of the successful prize redemption and the receipt will be printed at the same time. | |
The prize redemption order could be hold and recalled according to customer’s need.
1. If customer suddenly changed the idea, the prize redemption process could be set as pending by clicking the Hold button at the bottom right corner. | 2. The pending prize redemption order could be reactive by clicking the Open button or tapping the customer Cloud Card. |
Please follow the steps below to cancel the prize redemption order for customers.
1. To remove all the products in the prize redemption order list, employee can click the Empty Cart button at the bottom left corner. | 2. Before all the products are removed from the order list, there will be a pop-up to ask for confirmation. |
3. To delete the customer information from the assigned shopping cart, Click the “x” button over customer’s name. Then tap another Cloud Card to bind it to the shopping cart. | 4. If the prize redemption order is set as pending and then some balance is transferred to this account, click the |
5. To cancel the prize redemption, click the Cancel button to return to the default page with eight shopping carts. | 6. Click “x” to return to the main menu. |
