This document is to introduce Gen 2 VC Touch 21 secondary installation.
1. Unfold the Carton Box of Kiosk Chassis
1. Remove the tape and open the carton box. | |

2. Remove the EPE foam. | |

3. Take out the Kiosk Chassis. There are two types of Kiosk chassis, one is with wheels, the other one is with foot cups. | |
|
|
2. Unfold the Carton Box of Kiosk Pedestal
1. Remove the tape and open the carton box. | |
|---|---|

2. Remove the EPE foam and pull out the kiosk pedestal. | |
| |
3. Install the Kiosk Pedestal
1. Turn the T-lock counterclockwise to open the door of kiosk pedestal. | 2. If there is no kiosk chassis, fix the kiosk pedestal on the ground by four expansion screws. |

3. If there is a kiosk chassis, put the kiosk pedestal on the kiosk chassis, fix it by four M10*40 screws. | |

4. Install the Kiosk
1. Remove the tape and open the carton box. | 2. Unfold the carton box and remove the EPE foam. |

3. Pull out the VC Kiosk from the carton box and put it on the kiosk pedestal. | |
| |
4. Turn the T-lock counterclockwise to open the front door of VC kiosk. Note: There must be someone to lift the front door in case that the VC kiosk drops down. | |
|
|
5. Lift the blue head of the slide and pull it out. | 6. This is the view under slide. Fix the VC kiosk on the kiosk pedestal by tightening four M10*40 screws. |

7. This is the view from the right side. After fixing the VC kiosk on the kiosk pedestal, there is no need to lift the front door any more. | |

8. Untie the white power cable and let it go through the hole like this. | |
|
|
3. Install the Antenna
1. Untie the antenna from card dispenser and unscrew the nuts from the antenna like this. | |
|---|---|

2. Uninstall one of the antenna boards from the upper right corner of VC kiosk. | |
|
|
3. Let the antenna cables go through the hole of VC kiosk like this. Then fix the antenna by tightening the unscrewed nuts. | |
|
|
4. Connect Antenna to the modem by Wi-Fi cable and 4G cable. | |
|
|
5. Power on the kiosk, then turn the T-lock clockwise to close the front door of VC kiosk. | |
|
|
