To replace the QR Code on Ultra payment reader screen to any image, please follow steps below:
Step1 In KLM app, tap “Service → Factory Reset”.
Step2 Log into Washboard → CCM, click “Machine Data → KioSoft → Ultra API” , upload your image by clicking the “Upload Image” button of “Customer Logo” .
Step3 After uploading the image, setup again the Ultra reader.

Step4 Once the new setup completes, the QR Code on Ultra reader screen will be replaced to the desired image.
