Principles for the merging process:
1. Make sure the left spiral is left rotate, mean while, the right spiral is right rotate. | 2. Make sure the motor plug matches with the rotate direction of the spiral. |

General steps:
1.Power off the machine.
2.Move out the tray where the slots to be combined are located.
3.Remove the divider board in between.
4.Check and replace the spiral if necessary.
5.Adjust the motor plug if necessary.
6.Adjust the price tag.
7.Reinstall the tray.
8.Program the combination in Android system.
9.Test.
Note: The singular slot should be the left/first slot and the plural slot should be the right and second slot. For example, slots 1&2, slots 3&4, slots 5&6 can be combined. ii. Only the two slots next to each other can be combine d. iii. Slots belonging to different trays can’t be merged.
Power Off the Machine
Move out the tray
1) Lift up the tray fixing buckle. | 2) Hold up the front end of the tray, then pull out the tray. | 3) Cut the ribbon fastening the cable at the back side of the tray. |

4) Unplug the tray cable connector.
| 5) Take out the tray.

Remove the divider
1) Pull off the fastening buckles of the divider at the backside of the tray. | 2) Hold the outside end of the divider and gently pull up and remove the divider. |

Replace the spiral and adjust the motor plug
1) Check if the left spiral rotate left and right spiral rotate right. | 2) if not, find the opening on the slot chuck. Hold the outside end of the spiral and twist it toward the opening with certain strength. | 3) With a clear click sound, the short head of the spiral will drop to the opening area and now you can pull out the spiral. |

4) Hold the correct spiral, clip the first ring, and then put the short head into the opening and rotate it back until hearing the clear click sound and feeling like the spiral head is tightly stuck. | 5) Adjust the motor plug. Make sure the right rotate spiral connecting to the right plug while the left rotate spiral connecting to the left plug. | 6) Reinstall the tray and connect the tray cable with the cabinet. Arrange and bind the wiring harness. |

Adjust the price tag
1) Remove the slot number tag of the left/first/singular slot. Use the slot number tag of the right/second/plural slot. For example, after the merger of 11 lane and 12 slots, the merged lane is 11.
Program the combination in Android system
Use an admin account to log in the Android vending machine management system. Navigate to the “Slot Management” section from the left menu.
i.Merge slots: choose neighboring slots, then press "Merge" to merge them. Use the “Whole layer merging” button to merge the slots of the whole tray. (Slots of different trays can’t be merged.)
ii.Split slots: select double-slot or merged slots and split them into singles. Use the “Full layer splitting” button to split the slots of the whole tray.
iii.Add slots: manually add a slot if not displayed on the driver board for a newly added tray.
iv.Delete slots: remove unnecessary or non-existing slots.
v.Set as spring freight lane: select the slot (s), then press the button “Set as spring freight lane”.
vi.Set as belt freight lane: select the slot (s), then press the button “Set as belt freight lane”.
Note: Remember to click "Save" to save the settings and restart the machine to activate them.
