Before using the e-Drop Series, the setup procedure including server setup and KLM setup shall be carried out. And after the setup procedure is completed, you can perform operations on the machine like creating new coin types and finding supported coin types.

| The e-Drop Plus is an advanced coin acceptor solution that seamlessly integrates with a variety of laundry machines, including Alliance and Maytag/Whirlpool models. Similar to the e-Drop, this device accepts coins and tokens with the option to upgrade to mobile app payments. It also supports laundry card payment acceptance.

One e-Drop unit includes a front plate and an e-Drop (see image below). Each e-Drop unit (based on machine types) shares the same e-Drop but different front plate.
