Setup the eTicket Amount

There are two methods to set the eTicket amount for prize redemption: through the backend management system or through the control system on the redemption machine.

Setup on Backend Management System

1) Log in to the redemption machine management system with your account and password.

2) Click “Machine Management > Slot Management” on the navigation panel.

3) At the top of the slot management page, select the “Machine Group” and “Machine ID” from the drop-down list, and then click on the “Query” button to display all the slots of the selected machine.

4) Click on the “Edit” button of the desired slot. The slot setup panel will display.  

5) Enter the eTicket amount in the field “Custom Price.” Click on the “Submit” button to save the setting.

6) To set up other slots of the machine, select another slot and repeat steps 4–5.

7) To set up another machine, repeat steps 3–6.

Setup on Redemption Machine

To set up other slots, please go back to “Item & Slot” → “Set Price.” Enter other start and end slots and eTicket amount.

Set Decimal Position on Redemption Machine

The eTicket amount decimal position should be set as 0 to prevent display disorder.

Note

If removing decimal points by selecting “0 decimal place,” the price unit of the vending machine will be cent in US dollar. Thus, if the price is set to 1000 on the machine, it corresponds to 1000 cents, and VQM will deduct 1000 eTickets.
