For Transaction Error Events, the error event will be added to the notification log and must be handled manually by the technicians or customer service support.

The Coin Dispenser failed to completely dispense the full requested amount.

Error details such as the accepted bill amount, coins dispensed, coins failed, etc., will be recorded and displayed to the manager when proceeding with cash collection.

The technician or customer service employee should manually handle the issue and clear the error in the Event Report.

The Bill Acceptor failed to transport and stack the bill into the Cash Box.

If the Bill Acceptor failed to transport and stack the bill into the cash box.  Display the bill denomination that failed to stack into the cash box.

The technician or customer service employee should manually handle the issue and clear the error in the Event Report.

Cash was inserted successfully but the coins failed to be dispensed,and no record in any report

Scenario:

It is found in the test that when one hopper is empty, insert $20, the bill is accepted but no coins are dispensed, and there are not any data in the report.

Solution:

Inform the customer that this known issue rarely happens and will be fixed in the future version.

The manager or customer support needs to manually refund the customer.
