Approach

The machine has no power

The fuse burned out

Check the machine to make sure it is not short-circuited and replace the fuse with the same specifications.

The power plug cable is damaged

Reach out to professionals to replace the power cable.

Power is not connected

Check the power supply lines to ensure the power supply is normally connected.

Not connected to the Internet

No Signal

1. Power off and restart the machine.

2. Check if the antenna connection is installed correctly and the antenna extension cable is intact.

3. Make sure the antenna is placed on top of the machine.

4. Replace the flow card of different operators (not support the TELECOM for the time being).

5. Change the position of the machine (maybe no network signal in that area).

Excessive data flow or downtime of the card

Recharge the data fee.

Data card locked

Contact the card issuer to unlock the data card, which can only be bound to the specified machine. Otherwise, the card may be locked.

Delivery failure

The cloud background is inconsistent with the product code set in the machine

Match the cloud background and the machine's product encoding settings or enable background synchronization.

Product size does not match the column

Replacement of goods matching the column or adjustment of the column to the appropriate size of the goods.

Column capacity setting error

Clear the column failures and reset the correct column capacity.

Not accept coins

The power supply of the coin system is abnormal

1. Check whether the MDB line is in good contact.

2. Check whether there is DC24V access to the coin changer and bill acceptor.

Be subjected to high-frequency interference

Remove high-frequency interference (e.g., antenna, etc.).

The installation of the coin system is abnormal

1. The coin changer is not hanging correctly. Reinstall the coin changer.

2. The coin return button of the coin changer can not be pressed, which leads to no recovery. Correct the coin return press plate to ensure that the coin return button can recover normally.

Dirty coin passage

Clean the passage of the coin system.

No coin recycling can be detected

If the trouble can not be eliminated by reinstalling the coin recycle, please return the machine to the factory for repair.

Do not accept large nomination notes

1. Set the limit value of the put-in amount too low, and reset the limit of the put-in amount.

2. If the acceptable coin value is too high, the user may empty the coin exchange area after purchasing the goods, resulting in the follow-up users being unable to get the change.

Failure of the bill jammed

Clear up the jammed bill.

No change

Abnormal power supply

1. Check whether the MDB line is in good contact.

2. Check whether the coin system has DC24V access.

There's no money in the coin recycling

Prefill coins.

No change due to the low exchange setting is wrong

When the value of the put-in bill is too large, the setting of the no-change low value limit is too low. It is necessary to reset the no-change low value limit and supplement coins in the coin recycling.

No change for bills

Empty the bill change area and refill the coins.

The coin changer has a problem with a bill jam (the indicator light on the coin returning column flashes)

1. Check whether coins are erected in the coin recycle, and if they are erected, reload the coins.

2. Check whether the surface of the coin is deformed or attached with foreign matter, change the coins, or remove foreign matter.

3. Check whether the coin recycle is detached. If it is detached, please reinstall the coin recycle.

4. Check whether the coin return claw is damaged or not. If it is damaged, please return it to the factory for repair.

5. The base of the coin changer is not in place. Reinstall the coin changer base.
