This guide provides instructions on the installation of VC Touch 17, including standard wall mounting procedure (204mm), thinner wall mounting procedure (120mm-146mm), Bill Acceptor lock installation, antenna installation, router installation and router wiring. It is hoped with this document you could learn how to mount VC Touch 17 onto standard wall and thinner wall, how to install the Bill Acceptor lock, how to install the antenna, how to install the router and how to complete its wiring process.
Wall Mounting Procedure for VC Touch 17
Standard Wall Mounting (204mm)

Open the carton box, then remove the top foam. Next, gently remove VC Touch 17 and place it on the workbench.

Turn these 2 T-locks counterclockwise to open the door of VC Touch 17.
| Locate and remove this parts package. Take out 4 M10×20 external hexagon head bolts.

Put the front bracket on the front of VC Touch 17.
|

Use M10×20 external hexagon head bolts to fix the front bracket on VC Touch 17. Two M10×20 external hexagon head bolts for each side, four in total.
|

Put VC Touch 17 through the wall and make sure the front bracket is in line with the wall.
|

Put the back bracket on the back of VC Touch 17.
|

Use M10×20 external hexagon head bolts to fix the back bracket on VC Touch 17. Two M10×20 external hexagon head bolts for each side, four in total.

Put the front bracket on the front of VC Touch 17.

Use M10×20 external hexagon head bolts to fix the front bracket on VC Touch 17. Two M10×20 external hexagon head bolts for each side, four in total.

Put VC Touch 17 through the wall and make sure the front bracket is in line with the wall.
|

Open the back door of VC Touch 17, then remove four boards from the inside of VC Touch 17.
|

Put the back bracket on the back of VC Touch 17.
|

Use M10×20 external hexagon head bolts to fix the back bracket on VC Touch 17. Two M10×20 external hexagon head bolts for each side, four in total.

Use M10 flange nuts to fix the M10*50 Outer hexagonal bolts from inside of VC Touch 17. Make sure the front bracket and back bracket are tightened enough with the wall. Two M10 flange nuts for each side, four in total.

Install the Bill Acceptor Lock
Prepare the lock body, flat washer, lock plate, nut, lock hook and K-lock nut as shown in the figure. For subsequent steps, assemble the lock in the order indicated by the arrows in the figure.

Locate the Bill Acceptor cover plate and the pre-drilled lock hole. Loosen the M5 nut using a nut driver and remove the cover plate (do not remove the M5 nut).

Slide the Flat Washer onto the Lock Body. And then insert the Lock Body from the outside through the lock hole of the cover plate.
|

Rotate the cover plate to expose the lock shaft, then slide the Flat Washer onto the lock shaft.
| Hand-tighten the nut to secure the lock body to the cover plate.
|

Thread the Lock Hook onto the lock shaft.
| Tighten the K-lock nut to secure the lock hook.
|

|
Attach the cover plate to its original place and fully tighten the M5 nut to secure it.

Install the Antenna

Unscrew these 2 nuts from the top-leftmost of VC Touch 17 and disassemble this baffle for antenna hole. Keep them for the future use.

Unscrew the nut from the antenna.
|

Thread through the top antenna hole until the antenna sits on top of VC Touch 17.
|

Fully tighten the nut from the inside to secure the antenna.

Install the Router and Wiring

Locate the modem bracket at first. Next, unscrew these 2 thumb nuts and remove the modem bracket. Keep the bracket for future use.

Take out these router brackets and screws from the parts package.
|

Secure the router bracket on both sides with 2 M2.5*6 screws each using PH2 cross screwdriver, as shown. Pay attention to where M2.5*6 screws are installed.

Screw the LTE connector on the antenna cable to 3G/4G port on the router.
| Next, screw the Wi-Fi connector on the antenna cable to WLAN1 port on the router.
|

Connect the reserved 12V power plug (WH010055) to the power port (DC+9~26V) on the router.
| Insert the connector on blue network cable into LAN port on the router.
|

Secure the router inside of VC Touch 17 with 2 thumb nuts. Note: Ensure the installation direction of the router is correctly oriented.
| Neatly arrange all wire cables in accordance with layout specifications. Note that the antenna wire cables must not be tied together with wire harnesses from the 110V power module and verify that the antenna wire cables should be routed behind the upper T-lock bracket to avoid mechanical interference with door opening/closing.

After completing the assembly and wiring, rotate the T-lock clockwise to close the door of VC Touch 17.
