Daily Cleaning Checklist

1. Check In

Scan QR code from KC Manager App → Select “≡(Menu)” → Select “My QR Code” → Scan QR code to login CameoPay backend → Enable CameoPay maintenance mode.

2. Lift up the CameoPay touchscreen

3. Cameo: Milk Cleaning

3.1 Find 'Cleaning' on Eversys Cameo
- Option A: Press & hold 'Rinse' button for 3s → 'Yes'

- Option B: Press '≡(Menu)' button on Touchscreen Top → Press 'Clean' → 'Confirm' [when close to cleaning period]
- Option C: Press 'Clean' [when reach cleaning period (24hrs ± 5)]

3.2 Start 'Milk Cleaning' on Eversys Cameo
- 3.2.1 Leave milk tube ends inside milk container & Press 'Continue'

- 3.2.2 Fill cleaning container with 25ml of Everclean (Screen says 'cleaning tablet' under F/W v4.20)

- 3.2.3 Place a container under coffee outlet → 'Continue' (Caution: hot water!)
- 3.2.4 Fill container ~40% with hot water
- 3.2.5 In fridge, remove tubes from milk & insert them into container → 'Continue'
- 3.2.6 Remove milk frames from fridge (store temporarily in storage fridge)
- 3.2.7 Run Cameo self-cleaning: ~10 min Coffee only / ~18 min w/ milk cleaning

- 3.2.8 Post Milk Cleaning. Daily (After milk cleaning)

a. Remove tubes from container

b. Wipe tubes down with damp cloth thoroughly

c. Put tubes back into milk bags (ensure they reach bottom)

d. Close fridge

Note: To check cleaning history, password is necessary.

4. Cameo: Nozzle Cleaning

4.1 Switch off the coffee machine at main switch.

4.2 Slightly tilt the coffee outlet (1) and gently pull (2) to remove it.

4.3 Clean with soft soap, use a nylon tube brush to clean the holes (3).

4.4 Gently reassemble in the reverse order.

5. Cameo: Drip Tray Cleaning

5.1 Switch off the machine at the main switch.

5.2 Slightly push the drip tray grid (2) (to unlock) and remove it (3) .

5.3 Wash the grid and inside of the drip tray (1) with soft soap and rinse.

5.4 When replacing the grid make that it lays nice and flat.

6. Coffee Ground Bin Cleaning

6.1 Slide coffee ground bin out of shelf
6.2 Dispose of grounds & liquid
6.3 Double bag coffee grounds & put beside garbage bin if necessary
6.4 Replace coffee ground bin in shelf (pushed properly back into place)

7. Lift down CameoPay touchscreen

7.1 Lower the Cameopay touchscreen and lock the latch.

8. Space Cleaning

8.1 Wipe down coffee machine outside wherever you see the dirt.

9. Check Out

9.1 Check out of "Maintenance Mode"
- 9.1.1 Select Brand logo multiple times on "Maintenance Mode" screen.
- 9.1.2 Login page pop up (No need to login here unless need access Admin menus)
- 9.1.3 Select 'Back'
