Housing
Wipe the housing of beverage dispenser on a daily basis with a soft damp cloth and warm water to remove dust, splashes, or any other stains attached on the machine’s surface.
Hoses & Rubber Mat
Preparation
The table below has listed out the items to be prepared before the cleaning gets started.

Cleaning Procedures
Step1 Enable the cleaning procedures. To enable the cleaning procedures of the beverage dispenser, there are two methods. Method 1: a. Enter control screen backend by scanning the QR code generated by KCM App at kiosk scanner (or enter with username and password). b. Click “Syrup API” -> Click “Clean All”. After clicking the button, the screen of beverage dispenser will enter the cleaning interface , press “OK” to empty the beverage hoses (let the residual beverage in hoses flow back to beverage bottle). Method 2: On beverage dispenser control panel, press the “OK” button->Select “Clean”-> Press “OK” to start cleaning. | ||

Step2 Uncouple the syrup bottle plugs, take out the hoses gently and push the plugs down to a position where it closes to the stainless steel countersunk heads. | ||

Step3 Put the cleaning container on the cleaning bracket, insert hoses into the cleaning container with 95°C hot water by passing through the slots on container lid, ensure that the plugs and stainless steel countersunk heads are all immersed in hot water, cover well the lid. Note: Do not move the lid in the cleaning process. | ||

Step4 Press “OK” to continue the cleaning process. Hot water in the cleaning container will be sucked into hoses to clean the syrup adhering to hose’s inner wall. When the cleaning is done, waste water will be drained to trough or a container. Note: Please be careful of hot water while the hoses are being cleaned in hot water container. | ||

Step5 While hoses are being cleaned, remove the rubber mat from bottle storage box and clean it with a soap water solution. After cleaning, re-insert the rubber mat. | ||
Step6 Put back the syrup bottles into the beverage storage box in the right sequence. | ||
Step7 Re-insert the cleaned hoses into syrup bottles, tighten the bottle plugs, then press “OK”. | ||

Step8 Refill the hoses with syrup by clicking the “Refill” button on screen. When the “Cleaning Finished” message shows up, press “OK”. Note: When refilling the hoses, do not stop until there is syrup coming out from the syrup nozzle. This step aims to remove any possible air inside hoses and guarantee the normal dispensing of beverage when an order is being made. | ||
